Shipping to all U.S. addresses is free of charge. In the rare case of unusual size or weight products you may incur a shipping charge. Should this be the case it will be stated clearly on that products information page. The delivery carrier as well as the choice of its services used will be at the discretion of Rotokids Shop. If you have a situation were you need a specific carrier used or the product to arrive by a certain date please contact me via email and I will do all that I can to help you meet those needs. I do reserve the right to decline these services should circumstances require it.

Shipping to all International (non U.S.) addresses will be $8.00 U.S. The carrier as well as the choice of that carriers services used is to be at the discretion of Rotokid's Shop. Due to the delivery practices of many countries the United States Postal System (our most commonly used carrier) no longer offers tracking outside the U.S.. This means that we have no way to track your package once the package leaves the country. We will do everything we can to help recover any lost International shipments but cannot be held responsible for lost shipments. The U.S.P.S. does not consider a package lost and thus will not begin a *formal search for thirty days. If you require a specific carrier or shipping method please contact me prior to your purchase for cost and or availability. I retain the right to decline any order should circumstances  require it.

*Formal search: is a system wide search initiated in writing and will not be initiated until the package has been delivered within 30 days of shipment. They will do a cursory search and assist generally when prompted via phone or email.
